CHICHA Support

How to get help with accounts, verification, safety reports, VIP access, privacy requests and technical problems.

Effective date: 12 September 2026 · Contact: support@chichadating.com
Support email: support@chichadating.com. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.

1. Account and login help

Contact Support if you cannot sign in, believe your account has been taken over, need help with Google sign-in, or have trouble with email verification. Include the email address associated with your CHICHA account and a short description of the problem, but never send your password.

2. Profile and verification

For identity verification, video-introduction review or profile moderation questions, include enough information for Support to locate the review. Sensitive documents should only be submitted through approved CHICHA verification channels, not ordinary email, unless Support explicitly provides a secure method.

3. Safety reports

Use the in-app reporting function for another member whenever available. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services. Support email is not monitored as an emergency line.

4. VIP and payments

For VIP-access problems, provide your CHICHA account email and the order number shown by the shop. Do not send full card details. VIP activation depends on a confirmed eligible payment and an email address that can be matched to the CHICHA account.

5. Privacy requests

You can use Support to request access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable. CHICHA may need to verify your identity before acting on a privacy request so that another person cannot obtain or delete your data.

6. Bug reports

Helpful bug reports include the page or feature, what you expected, what happened instead, browser/device type, approximate time, and a screenshot that does not expose sensitive information.

7. Abuse of Support

Threats, harassment, spam or attempts to manipulate moderation through fraudulent evidence may result in restrictions. Genuine reports and good-faith appeals are welcome.

8. Response and review

Some cases require technical, payment or moderation investigation and may take longer than routine questions. Safety and account-security issues should be prioritised according to severity.
