Rules for using CHICHA Dating, member responsibilities, safety, content, moderation and paid access.

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of CHICHA Dating, including profiles, matching, messaging, verification features, video introductions, voice notes, safety tools, paid VIP access, websites, progressive web app features, and related services. By creating an account or using CHICHA, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and age

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must provide truthful account and age information.
• You may not use CHICHA if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
• You may maintain only accounts that you are authorised to control.

3. Account registration and security

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Google sign-in may be offered as an authentication method. Google authentication does not replace CHICHA identity or safety verification. Notify Support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Profiles and authenticity

Profiles must represent the person operating the account. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent age, relationship intentions, identity, location, or material facts, or upload content you do not have the right to use. CHICHA may request additional verification and may limit profile visibility while a review is pending.

5. Community conduct

Members must treat others with respect. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, stalking, hate or discriminatory abuse, sexual coercion, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, fraud, romance scams, phishing, requests for passwords or financial credentials, trafficking, commercial solicitation, spam, malware, doxxing, or attempts to evade blocks or moderation.

6. Safety and offline meetings

CHICHA cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or conduct of any member. Verification reduces certain risks but is not a guarantee of safety. Use your own judgment, protect financial and personal information, meet in public initially, arrange your own transport, tell someone you trust where you are going, and contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

7. Matching and recommendations

Compatibility scores, profile suggestions, “Why You Match” explanations, distance or preference signals, and discovery ordering are informational features only. They do not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, identity, safety, availability, or mutual interest.

8. Messaging and member content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant CHICHA a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, transmit, resize, and technically adapt your content solely as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to submit that content.

9. Moderation, reporting and blocking

CHICHA may review reports, restrict functionality, remove content, suspend visibility, require verification, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. Reporting a member may also block interaction between the reporting and reported members.

10. Verification

Identity, selfie, document, or video review features may involve manual review. Approval means only that the submitted material met the review criteria used at that time. It does not constitute a background check, endorsement, criminal-record check, or guarantee that a member will behave safely.

11. Paid VIP access

Where CHICHA offers VIP access, the checkout page identifies the price, duration, currency, and included features. Current CHICHA+ plans may be sold as one-time access periods rather than automatic subscriptions. The checkout terms shown at purchase control the specific transaction. Access may begin after confirmed payment and account matching.

Refunds and consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Where a statutory withdrawal or refund right applies, CHICHA will honour it. Digital-service access that begins immediately may affect withdrawal rights where legally permitted and where the required consent has been obtained.

12. Intellectual property

CHICHA branding, interface design, software, graphics, and service content owned by CHICHA or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit protected service elements except where applicable law expressly allows it.

13. Automated access and misuse

Do not use bots, automated account creation, scraping, credential stuffing, vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service techniques, or automated messaging without written authorisation. Security research must not access other members’ data or disrupt the service.

14. Service changes and availability

Features may change over time. CHICHA may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Termination

You may stop using CHICHA at any time and may request account deletion through available account or Support channels. CHICHA may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, safety risks, legal requirements, or abuse of the service.

16. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, CHICHA is provided on an “as available” basis. CHICHA does not warrant that another member is truthful, suitable, safe, compatible, or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CHICHA is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by use of the service or interactions between members. Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, or certain personal injuries.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, safety improvements, law, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. The effective date above shows the current version.

19. Governing rules and consumer protections

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections depend on your location and the operator’s legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer or privacy law.
